To assist the Pastor in ministry. This ministry shall visit the sick, needy, and distressed members of the church. Responsible for the up-keeping of the church.

Finance Ministry is responsible for securing funds to meet all expenses within the budget. This ministry shall count and record all funds received by the church and arrange for deposits of such funds to be made.

Ministry designed to keep order for Pastor and church. Keep accurate minutes of the business proceeding of the church. Handle all church correspondence, the preparation of all official church certificates, and the collection of all announcements.

The choir shall develop music that is beneficial to the Church Worship. They shall engage in practice and study to achieve and maintain high standard of musical excellence. They shall cooperate fully with the officers of the music department. 

Set an organized and orderly tone for the worship service; escort, seat, and assist attendees; facilitate offertory period; greet members and guests; distribute bulletins, offering envelopes, gifts, and other information.

Coordinate the community outreach efforts, food distribution, and other outreach events.

Provide a platform for the youth in the ministry. Shall conduct services geared towards promoting biblical literacy and Christian commitment.

Shall stand as proud symbols of unfaltering Christian endurance. They shall be aware of the high esteem in which they are held and shall not hesitate to demand adherence to Christian standards of the church members. They shall occupy the seats of distinction and shall provide and perform supporting motherly services asked of noble women.

Serve to equip, empower, and disciple Godly men and to reach out to the elderly men and young men of our church and community.

Create opportunities for women to come to know Christ better, to be more equipped to serve, and to connect with and encourage others.

Coordinate all special drama programs (Easter, Christmas, and other programs). Coordinate all special activities between service for members staying for the 3:30pm service.

Manage social media accounts; monitor and update Weller Street website.

Provide support and assistance to Pastor and Family.

Help Pastor carry out the ordinances of the church.
